GUIDELINES & TIMELINE FOR PRE-ORDERING!

STEP 1: ORDER

OPT #1: ORDER ONLINE DIRECTLY ON WEBSITE: 

On our website, you can easily purchase the desired product and quantity by simply adding them to your cart and checking out. It's quick, safe, and simple!

OPT #2: ORDER BY REQUEST A QUOTE ENQUIRY

If you require a custom logo that is a certain size and design.

STEP 2: SUBMIT LOGO

·        LOGO is preferred in vector format as .jpg, .png or high resolution .pdf file. All texts must be outlined.

·        Our team will reach out to you within 1 business day to confirm your logo design and provide a final production timeline.

STEP 3: DESIGN APPROVAL

·        Our staff will offer a final design based on your specifications and LOGO.

·        Before production starts, you must give the design your final approval.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION

·        Our regular custom printing product lead time is 6 - 10 weeks from the final approved design.

·        If you have requested a customized or uncommon size/design, an additional processing time will be added to the regular production process.

STEP 5: DELIVERY

• We'll let you know the shipment information as soon as your items are prepared for delivery.
• If you don't have enough capacity to store the entire bulk purchase, we provide free storage for up to 30 days at our Manitoba & Ontario Warehouse. However, there will be a modest additional charge for transporting the remaining products to your delivery address.

Note:

We'll contact you to confirm your logo design and provide you with a final manufacturing timeline after the estimate is confirmed and payment is paid.

It may take us a bit longer than normal due to a staff deficit and also the supply chain. Don't worry, we're doing everything we can to get you the best price possible, and we'll get back to you within 2-7 business days.
